How it works
You talk to Gordon. He listens, asks what he needs to know: the diagnosis, the work, whether there is already a lawyer — and tells you what he thinks. If the file should go further, the usual next step is gathering medical records and work history. That review is free, even if it takes some time.
Nothing is owed if you do not proceed. If he takes the case, the fee is a percentage of a recovery, agreed in writing. Another firm on the file does not raise what you pay.
No records yet?
Call anyway. Records help. They are not a gate.
Not sure you have a case?
If you suspect harm, that is what the consult is for.
Already have a lawyer?
When another firm is already in the case, or when this office brings one in, California Rule 1.5.1 governs the split. The total fee does not increase because two firms are on the file.
After hours?
Email contact@stemplelaw.com or call when the office opens.
We're open for calls 9am-5pm Pacific Standard Time.
